Raghavendra Mesta - Founder & Chief Executive Officer, NexEra People
Raghavendra Mesta is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in building businesses, scaling operations, and driving people success.
He began his career with NetConnect Pvt Ltd, later worked with Paylink Financial Services, and went on to become the first employee at Fidelis Technology Services. Over the years, he advanced into senior leadership roles, ultimately serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Operations, leading business growth, service delivery, and people strategy.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) and secured 3rd Rank at Karnataka University.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NexEra People, Raghavendra combines deep Human Resources expertise with strong business insight to help startups and growing enterprises build structured, compliant, and scalable workforce solutions — guided by his belief that when people succeed, businesses grow.
Divya J - Director, NexEra People
Divya is a data-driven professional with strong experience in project leadership and global client engagement. At Molecular Connections Pvt Ltd, she served as Project Lead, managing cross functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and working closely with international stakeholders to align outcomes with client expectations.
Her expertise includes pharmaceutical data management, compliance, process improvement, and analytics, where she has consistently delivered measurable impact. She holds a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry and has further strengthened her technical capabilities through certifications in Data Management for Clinical Research, Programming Fundamentals, and Data Analytics using Python.
At NexEra People, Divya combines her scientific background, analytical mindset, and leadership approach to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across HR and workforce solutions.
