Raghavendra is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in building businesses, scaling operations, and driving people success. He began his career with NetConnect Pvt Ltd, moved to Paylink Financial Services, and later joined Fidelis Technology Services as its first employee.
At Fidelis, he was instrumental in growing the company from the ground up into a thriving organization of 3,000+ employees. While serving as CHRO and Head of Operations, he also took on critical responsibilities in business development, operations, delivery, and people strategy—contributing directly to the company’s growth journey and overall business success.
An academic achiever, he holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) and secured 3rd Rank at Karnataka University.
Today, as Founder & CEO of NexEra People, Raghavendra brings together his deep people expertise and sharp business acumen to partner with startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises. Under his leadership, NexEra People delivers structured HR, compliance, payroll, and staffing solutions, driven by the belief that “when people succeed, businesses grow.”

Divya is a data-driven professional with strong experience in project leadership and global client engagement. At Molecular Connections Pvt Ltd, she served as Project Lead, where she managed cross-functional teams, ensured timely project delivery, and worked with international stakeholders to align outcomes with client expectations.
Her expertise spans pharmaceutical data management, compliance, process improvement, and analytics, where she has consistently delivered measurable results. She holds an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and has further strengthened her skills with certifications in Data Management for Clinical Research, Programming Basics, and Data Analytics with Python.
At NexEra People, Divya combines her scientific background, analytical mindset, and leadership skills to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in HR solutions.
